Our mission

Our mission is to empower hypnotherapists, coaches, and healers to become transformational leaders who create profound, lasting change in the lives of their clients. Through our cutting-edge S.H.I.F.T. Certification, we equip practitioners with mastery-level skills in hypnotherapy, NLP, and subconscious reprogramming, giving them the tools to break through their clients’ deepest blocks—whether emotional, mental, or financial.

How I got started...

Graduating with a B.A. in Psychology & minor in Biology, I went into pharmaceutical research and technical writing.

After 2 years, unhappy with the salary for research assistants I decided to pursue tech sales instead of heading to medical school for Psychiatry. After becoming a top sales rep and manager, I left the corporate world to travel through Europe and Africa.

During my travels, I published two best-selling books and, upon returning home, I launched two businesses in tech and startup funding.

Running multiple six-figure businesses eventually led to severe burnout. In my search for a cure, I rediscovered NLP and Hypnosis.

I started coaching other stressed-out business owners but wanted to create more impactful transformations, which led me to become certified as a Master Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. I also enrolled in graduate school for my Ph.D. in Neuroscience.

Now, through my practice, FWRD Institute, I design individual and corporate brain training programs for business, career, and personal mastery.

With FWRD Youniversity, I train high-achieving millennials to become high-earning hypnotic coaches, hypnotherapists, Hypno-Somatic Practitioners, and Financial Hypnotherapists.
