If you look closely, you could probably see that your relationship with people mirrors your relationship with money. This is why for day two of the Reset Your Nervous System Challenge, we are looking at all the areas of our lives, and we're going to identify how we feel on a daily basis, and then you're going to check for your triggers.
Write down how you feel on a daily basis in each area of your life, then lists what events in each area of your life could trigger a negative emotion or state such as flight fight, fawn or freeze.
