So we are going down memory lane today, you are going to find the root cause of those beliefs that cause you to be triggered. During a psych lecture I attended while in undergrad at Spelman College, I learned something that completely altered my brain chemistry, and also change how I saw fear. I learned that we are only born with two fears. This is across all backgrounds, all cultures, and that is a fear of heights and fear of loud noises.
Everything else is inherited, witnessed or experienced firsthand. So this means that your fears are not a part of you, they're not natural to you. That means that you can release these triggers and the beliefs that cause you to be triggered, which includes financial anxiety and truly lean into the wealth mindset. So you're going to use the exercise in the Guide to walk you down memory lane and the self-hypnosis script that's also in the guide.
