So Most Manifestation Tips or Guides tell you that you MUST raise your vibe in order to manifest.

 

The truth is that we’re ALWAYS manifesting.

 

And even if you’re sad you can manifest good or positive things.

 

3 Ways To Manifest While Sad:

 1. If you’re sad because you feel a loss of control surrounding your future

 

-Make a list of the things you CAN control now

-While reviewing your list ask yourself if these are things you’ll be able to control in the future

-This should reduce the level of sadness

-While you’re feeling better write a list of things you want to manifest in the next 30-60 days.

 

2. If you’re sad because of PMS or anything else you’ll need to shift into gratitude. This can be difficult if you’re feeling an overwhelming sense of sadness.

-Make an “At least” list

At least I have hot water.

At least I have my own room.

At least I don’t have to go into the office.

 

This makes you look at the little things that you DO have & shifts you into a lower level of gratitude.

 

-Next make an “I’m glad” list

 

-Then finally make a list of the things you want to manifest in the next 30-60 days.

 

3. If you can’t tap into any of these lists then focus on the other Universal Law that’s heavily linked to The Law of Attraction, The Law of Expectation.

 

With the Law of Expectation 85% of what you expect you actually get. Good or Bad.

 

-Make a list of good things that you actually expect to happen in the next 30 days. Reviewing the list should make you feel better & show you that the future isn’t that bleak.

 

-While you’re feeling better make a list of things you WANT to happen in the next 30-60 days.
